Calvary Baptist is located in the town of Jacinto City, named after San Jacinto, the site of the famous battle which won Texas' independence. Jacinto City is a great place to live. We have our own home ruled local government, City Hall, Police and Fire Departments, Public Works Department, Senior Citizens' Program located at Heritage Hall, Parks Depatment, consisiting of beautiful parks, recreation and sports facilities, Bert Holder County Library, the Big Bass assisted living resort, churches, schools, some great family owned restaurants, businesses and some caring people.
